reversewarriorI’ve been dedicated to yoga for over a decade, exploring several styles and eventually earning my certification in Vinyasa through the Jaguar Path in Lenox, MA. Yoga has been an integral part of my healing: from a back injury and chronic stress, in particular.  I believe that yoga is the ritual of union between breath and movement, mind and body, intention and action, and consider it a privilege and honor to share it with others.  I infuse my healing practice with the principles of yoga and my yoga practice with the principles of healing;  sometimes, I even offer mini-healings at the end of class.

I love to introduce beginners to safe and gentle practice, and add new dimensions to classes for more seasoned students.  Please ask if you have any questions.

Sending you a note of thanks for such a special way to START the weekend on Friday night!! Your bonfire yoga gathering class was so wonderful and unlike anything I was ever a part of….your light, your good spirit of welcoming community, and your permeating love for us was so so beautiful.

-Regina, White Plains NY

I enjoy practicing with Mikki because her encouragement and spirit shine through every session/class.  She inspires me with her ability and makes me want to share yoga with everyone I know!

Mikki, Bonfire Yoga was simply delicious. Doing Yoga on the earth and with the powerful fire was simple and special. You opened the space for us to feel deeply connected to the practice and to the earth. Thank you!

Mikki’s brand of yoga is playful, quieting, harmonious– a centering physical and spiritual tune-up– it’s like a “soul retrieval” for the lost and scattered pieces of my Self!

-Vivian, Bronx NY

Mikki leads a simply beautiful yoga class… Her clear calm presence guides you to a deeper awareness of self while leaving space for exploration and discovery.
